How does pricing work?
A flat fee per billable transfer, set per vertical and market. No setup, no monthly minimum. Short calls and misfires are free. We’ll quote you a rate when you apply.
What if a call is junk?
Short calls and obvious misfires are automatically free. If a billed call was a clear bad fit, file a dispute from the call’s row in the portal and we’ll review the recording.
How do I sign up?
Apply with your business name, license, and service area. We verify your details and confirm coverage. From approval to first live call is usually a couple of business days.
What if I can’t pick up?
Pause receiving from the portal or your phone before you climb up the ladder. Calls won’t ring through until you resume.
What markets are you in?
Canada and New Zealand at launch. US expansion is on the roadmap — get in touch if you’re a US buyer who wants early access.
Can I cap my daily spend?
Yes. Set a max transfers per day. When you hit it, you auto-pause until the next day.
