PatchLead routes live transferred calls in the cities and postal areas listed on this page, and nowhere else. Coverage is opened city by city rather than claimed nationally, so a contractor outside the current areas is put on a waitlist and contacted when we open there — not sold calls we cannot supply. Contractors can apply from anywhere in Canada; only the calls themselves are geographically limited.
Most lead vendors answer "do you cover my area?" with a map that means nothing, or with a sales call. This page is the literal list, taken from the same configuration that decides which contractor a call is actually routed to.
If your postal code is on it, you can receive calls. If it is not, applying still puts you first in line for when it is — and you will not be charged anything in the meantime, because there is nothing to charge for.

If you work outside those areas you can still apply — we will hold your details and contact you when we open there, rather than sending you calls we cannot supply.
Coverage is set per trade as well as per area, so a postal code can be live for plumbing and not yet for another trade. The list above is everywhere we route at all; your own account settings then narrow it to the postal codes you personally cover and how far you will travel from each.
Why the list is short, and why that is deliberate
A lead vendor with national coverage and no local demand sells you calls that are not there. We open an area only once there is enough homeowner demand in it to be worth a contractor's phone ringing, which means the list grows slowly and means something when it does.
The alternative — claiming the whole country and letting contractors discover the truth after funding an account — is common in this market and is the reason so many contractors have stopped believing coverage claims at all.
If you work outside the current areas
Apply anyway. Applications are open across Canada, and applying records your trade and service area so you are contacted when we open near you rather than finding out months later.
Nothing is charged while you wait, because nothing is being delivered. There is no subscription, no holding fee and no minimum — the first money that changes hands is for a call you have actually taken.
How an area gets opened
Coverage follows homeowner demand, not contractor demand. An area opens when there are enough people in it searching for the work at hours we can answer — which is a marketing question before it is a sales one, and it is why the list cannot simply be expanded because contractors ask for it.
In practice that means advertising into a new area first, watching what the call volume actually looks like for a few weeks, and only then opening it to contractors. Opening it the other way round produces exactly the outcome this page exists to avoid: contractors funded and waiting for calls that were never going to arrive in the numbers implied.
The practical consequence for you: if your area is not listed, the honest answer is not "soon" — it is that we will contact you when the demand is there. Anyone promising a date for an area they are not yet advertising in is guessing.
- Areas are opened one at a time, per trade, once homeowner demand supports them.
- A postal area live for one trade is not automatically live for another.
- Applying from an unopened area costs nothing and reserves nothing — but it is how you get told.
- We would rather publish a short honest list than a national map we cannot supply.
What happens once your area is live
Calls are placed Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and not on Sundays, in the homeowner's local time. A homeowner rings our advertising, our assistant confirms the job and the postal code, and the call is transferred to one contractor — you, if you are the match and you answer.
Calls cost $60 to $150 each in Canadian dollars, billable only after a minimum conversation length: 60 seconds for plumbing, 60–90 for heating and air conditioning, 120 for roofing. Shorter calls cost nothing.
Common questions
Do you have live transfer leads near me?
Check the list at the top of this page — it is the actual routing configuration, not a marketing map, and it is the same data that decides where a call goes. If your postal area is on it you can receive calls today. If it is not, we are not in your area yet and would rather tell you that than take your money for it.
Can I apply if you do not cover my area yet?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Applications are open across Canada. Applying records your trade and service area so you are contacted when we open near you, rather than you having to keep checking. Nothing is charged while you wait — there is no subscription and no holding fee.
How often does coverage change?
Areas are added as homeowner demand justifies them, so the list grows rather than churns. This page is generated from the live coverage configuration rather than hand-written, so what you are reading is what the routing actually does today rather than what someone remembered to update.
Is coverage the same for every trade?
No. Coverage is set per trade as well as per area, so a postal code can be live for plumbing and not yet for another trade. The per-trade pages state which areas are live for that trade specifically, and your own account settings then narrow things further to the postal codes you cover.
Can I choose which postal codes I take calls from?
Yes. Within the areas we route at all, you set the postal codes you cover and how far you will travel from each, from your account. Changes apply to the next call. You can also cap how many transfers you take per day and pause entirely from the portal or your phone.
